Join other yarnies on the observation deck of the Buffalo Bill Museum from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 10, for a free event celebrating World-wide Knit in Public Day. Enjoy spectacular views of Denver and Golden and receive a free admission pass to the museum. Knitters and crocheters of all ages and levels are welcome.

Attendees should bring a chair, hat, sunscreen, water, snacks, and current yarn project. Food is available at the Pahaska Tepee Gift Shop and Café next to the museum. Some extra yarn and needles will be available but supplies are limited. Registration is encouraged but not required. Transportation is available from the Denver’s Platt Park and Highland Recreation Centers through Denver Parks and Recreation’s Active Older Adults.

In the event of inclement weather the knit in will be moved to the Lookout Mountain Park picnic shelter.
